We rebuilt Rerun AZ’s digital foundation with a custom Shopify website, SEO, local listings, and streamlined inventory management.

Rerun AZ came to us at a pivotal moment. After acquiring a well-known sneaker and streetwear resale brand in Mesa, AZ, the new ownership needed to modernize a business that had historically relied on Instagram sales alone. There was no functional website, no structured inventory system, and limited visibility outside of social media.
Our goal was to transform Rerun into a scalable, search-driven eCommerce brand while preserving the culture and authenticity that made it successful in the first place. We partnered with their team to design and build a Shopify website from the ground up, implement SEO and local visibility strategies, and establish a reliable inventory management system that supported both in-store and online sales.

The foundation was a custom Shopify website build, designed to reflect Rerun’s brand identity while prioritizing usability, mobile performance, and conversion paths. The site architecture was intentionally built to support sneaker and streetwear resale categories, future drops, and ongoing content expansion.
From there, we implemented SEO and local optimization, focusing on high-intent keywords related to sneaker resale, vintage streetwear, and local search behavior in Mesa and the greater Phoenix area. This included on-page optimization, metadata, internal linking, and supporting content to strengthen search visibility over time.
In parallel, we set up and now manage local listings, including Google Business Profile optimization, weekly posts, review management, and ongoing updates to maintain map pack visibility for searches like “sneaker store near me” and “buy sneakers Mesa AZ.”
Finally, we deployed Shopify inventory management, syncing in-store and online inventory, standardizing product uploads, organizing collections, and maintaining SKU accuracy across hundreds of rotating resale items. This ensured customers could trust what they saw online while allowing the Rerun team to operate efficiently behind the scenes.
